Everything, except the deep fried wonton, was good. The deep fried wontons were not as expected.

It's okay. Everything kind of has the same flavor...like an underlying taste of the cooking tools/method. 'Chicken' fried rice is pretty lacking in actual chicken. Ribs are good though...oftentimes, they are very fatty (like a side rib vs. back rib)...these seem to be either rendered well or are back ribs. Egg rolls are exactly what you could buy frozen in the grocery stores. My mother really liked the wonton soup!!

WOW! New Chinese Cuisine is the best Chinese restaurant in the entire province. I've had Hot and Sour soup from coast to coast in Canada and the USA, and their's is absolutely fabulous. All the dishes we ordered were fresh and tasty. The beef and brocoli was very good. The General Tsao's chicken was devine. The best was the sechuan shrimp. We've been hunting for a really good chinese restaurant close to home for over 7 years. Now we've found it! New Chinese Cuisine! Who knew?
